Before our initial consultation, we ask all prospective clients to fill out our Website Design Basis questionnaire. Some questions you'll be able to answer right away. Some won't apply at all. And some you might need our assistance with. The purpose of the questionnaire is to get you thinking about your website and its contents.

Initial Consultation

Once you've answered as many questions as you can, we'll get together in person or by phone for your free initial consultation. We'll review your questionnaire and I'll answer any questions you might have; the questionnaire and that conversation form the basis of our proposal.

Proposal

After your free initial consultation, in person or by phone, you will receive a detailed written proposal. Your proposal will include:

  • a recap of your goals and expectations
  • our proposal solutions
  • the scope of work
  • an explanation of the development phases
  • a site map based on our discussions
  • our commitment to testing
  • domain registration and hosting options, if requested
  • site maintenance options for after launch
  • other terms and conditions

Timelines

Meeting timelines can be as critical to you as having a good website built. Our services are dependable: we commit to a timeline in a written agreement.

Many times a website can be completed in as little as two weeks!

Testing

Wild Rose Websites is firmly committed to testing what we build. We believe you simply can't test too early or too often.

We test each piece as it is developed; we test the entire site before it goes online; and we test online in the actual working environment before the site goes live to the public. We test in a number of different browsers for both Mac and PC to make sure everything works as it should
